Introducing Caitlin B. Hyde, the founder of Hyde & Seek Life. Caitlin is a highly acclaimed, multi award-winning Hypnotherapist and Life Coach with over a decade of experience in the clinical and metaphysical realms.

Originally from Scotland, Caitlin embarked on this path at the age of 22 when they relocated to Canada. The mission of Hyde & Seek Life is straightforward: to assist individuals in finding their true selves and empower them to embrace it.

"I have faced numerous challenges, including trauma, addiction, and mental health struggles in my life, which have shaped my journey. It was through my own healing process nearly a decade ago that I discovered the quiet voice within me, holding the truth of my identity. It is my hope to guide others towards that same voice".
